ALL AGES. ALL ABILITIES.
NO CUT-OFF TIMES. NO EXCUSES.

We are an inclusive event designed to bring everyone together.
First-timer or experienced athlete. Young or old.
Whatever your age or ability, we hope you'll join us.

Don’t let the barriers to entry be ones you create yourself.

THE CHALLENGES

There are five distances to choose from: 10k, 5km, 1km, Super Sensory 1k and 100m. Run it, walk it, push it, be pushed. Anything goes.

EVERY ABILITY

We actively welcome everyone; all ages and all abilities can take part!

The Park

Where better for a fully inclusive push/run than the  accessible and iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park?
